Kick off the weekend with cocktails, canapés, and a first chance to meet family and friends. Sundowners with panoramic city views. Dress: Smart casual.

Informal Dinner
The in-house restaurant will be reserved for wedding guests. No assigned seating — just good food and better conversation. Menu is à la carte.

Please be seated by 13:50. Ushers will be on hand to help with seating. Dress: Garden formal.

Ceremony
A 45-minute ceremony under the soaring glass roof of The Conservatory's signature atrium. Expect heartfelt vows, live strings, and happy tears.
15:30 · Courtyard Garden
Canapés & Couple Photos
Step outside into the courtyard for sparkling wine, seasonal canapés, and lawn games while the couple slips away for their formal portraits.
18:00 · Palm Hall
Reception Dinner
A four-course dinner with speeches, toasts, and a custom South Asian–inspired menu curated with the couple. Live jazz trio plays through the first hour.
20:30 · Palm Hall
Dancing & Celebrations
The first dance, parent dances, and then the floor is yours. DJ plays until midnight. Shuttle buses to partner hotels depart every 30 minutes from 21:30.

10:00 · Bayview Veranda
Farewell Brunch
A relaxed late-morning spread on the terrace overlooking the bay. Eggs your way, fresh pastries, mimosas, and a Bloody Mary station. Dress: Casual. Come as you are.

Farewells & Safe Travels
Checkout is at 12:00 for hotel guests. The couple will be on hand for hugs and goodbyes — no rushing, no formalities. Thank you for sharing this weekend with us.
